Shipping

All orders are processed 1 -2 business days.

Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

 

We ship thru USPS, UPS, FedEx and LTL Delivery time takes usually 2-3 business days.

If you order multiple items, we will ship them all together to save your shipping cost. If you place an order from our ebay store, the shipping fee may be slightly different from our website. If you are ordering multiple items on eBay, please request an invoice from us first before paying, and we will send you a final revised invoice. Then you can save shipping cost due to combined shipping.

Return

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return any item in its original condition within 14 days of receipt and we will gladly provide a refund, replacement, or an exchange. All customized orders can be returned for full refund within 14 days of receipt.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
